My Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care tailored to your needs and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support awareness and change of unhelpful thought patterns, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to bring curiosity and compassion to inner experiences, and mindfulness-based practices to increase presence, reduce reactivity, and support emotional balance. Together, these approaches support meaningful change, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.
